Vertical Moving Elevator system and spray Arms

• Two vertical moving arms along with 21 spray nozzles on each side
• Guided up and down motion of the arm is done with motor and encoder for the specified stencil height and for the specified time
• Feedback for stuck arm is taken into cognition and machine stops if arm is stuck at any point

• Synchronously driven arm is unique system in this machine
• There is no risk of damaging thin stencils by pressure, because spray  arms are moving synchronously and spray beam pressure is  balanced from both sides of the stencil
• The majority of stencil cleaning systems use non-driven (liquid reaction  forces driven) rotating arms. Spray beam impact can heavily damage a stencil
• The rotating, uncontrolled spray arms induce load to the stencil sheet  from both sides. If the arms are in 90° angle each to other, the impact  from both sides cause increasing of the tension in the middle of the  stencil. It can cause plastic elongation of those bridges and bowing of  the plane. Such stencil does not seal sufficiently in the middle anymore  and must be exchanged
• Our next-gen machine uses synchronous linear motion of spray arms
• This also assists in removing any shadow area on cleaning parts

Disadvantages of conventional rotation arms

• Water spray impact from both sides is not balanced.
• Can cause bending of the stencil sheet
• Tension overloading of elastic zone (mesh zone) at the edge

• There are multiple advantages of synchronously driven arms
• Water spray impact is balanced during the whole cycle
• Both arms will be at always same position

Air Knife

• Air knife fitted on both arms
• Drying percentage and time is  programmable
• Air knives are fitted with high velocity  blowers with air filters

Cleaning and rinsing liquid pumps

• Used to pump water from tank and spray through nozzle for cleaning or rinsing process
• Two separate pumps are used for the two tank machine for cleaning and rinsing
• Magnetically coupled pumps are utilized for better efficiency

Filter Features

• Two filters are used. 20um and 5um
• If filters are blocked a filter  jam alarm is displayed on  the HMI

Liquid Level Indicator

• Liquid level indicator displays current level of the liquid present in tank
• If current level is below or above  acceptance level, an Alarm will sound on HMI as  well as on the light stack
• Machine will not start if liquid level is not within acceptable range

Easy to Handle Door with Lock

• Access Door is extremely easy to open and close
• A mandatory protection locking  mechanism is used
• When a user attempts to open door while machine in in operation, the machine will stop immediately
